The Framework
- Statements are printed 4:4 i.e. Full Colour.
- Statements are printed on 170gsm Colotech Silk.
- If mailed, charges include standard windowed envelope (printed 1:1), with your choice of return address and logo on the cover.
- Postal and Courier charges are not included.
- Data must be provided in a single spreadsheet file. Additional files that require merging will incur additional charges. Sample Data
- Pagination and page flow between pages is not accommodated.
- A single cycle of amends is included, others may incur additional charges.
- Some text will be anchored and others will be free flowing, these are controlled by zones in the Template.
- Limited data driven conditional text placements such as paragraphs and text fields is enabled.
- Images must be provided in fixed sizes at the required resolution, we can help with this. Other resources, such as fonts, must also be provided.
- Each Template will have a choice of colour scheme that can be incorporated into the text and tables.
- Softcopy proofs in PDF will be produced for your approval before proceeding with print production.
- Any requirement that falls out of the scope of HR DOD can be delivered as a bespoke solution, a full specification will be required for a quotation, please contact us to discuss your needs.
